One thing that makes me happy, is seeing my given name in written communication. I don't keeping if it is in a magazine, newspaper, or heck, it could be sprayed on the loin of a partition as graffiti; I still esteem it.
In fact, I once named a columnist in our regional daily and asked if he would put my linguistic unit in his column. He laughed at the request, but the side by side day he wrote that I had titled and what I had asked, and there, in his column, was my first name for no superficial explanation other than than I welcome to see my heading in print! I was so happy, I titled each person I knew, e-mailed my total computer code book, and yes, I even told citizens I didn't know and asked them if they had seen my language unit in the quality newspaper. Most were not as impressed as I was, and I reflect I got a few eye rollers and a few "Uh, yeah, umm, that's just great," but I mull over they were newly resentful that my linguistic unit was in the serious newspaper and their moniker wasn't. Maybe not, but I like-minded to believe that.
